Update on lil Benjamin

Prayer Update for Baby Benjamin - It feels like it has been a month, but Benjamin was born just one week ago. There is a good possibility that Benjamin will be put on an ECMO machine. This machine will work as his heart and lungs with hopes that the reduced stress on his own will allow them to heal. It will cycle his blood out of his body, oxygenate it, and send it back again. His blood pressure is still low while his lung pressure is still high. He has been put on an advanced ventilator that in doing His breathing for him. They are also checking to find out why he isn't retaining as much fluid as they are trying to put in him. This kidneys are being looked at to see why this may be. He is currently in very critical condition. Please continue to lift him up.

Last  night some of us were able to go visit him in UVA. Mercy and Faithful were able to see him for the first
